We always ensure we provide high quality, aesthetic jewelry for our Tippy Taste babes. Moreover, our online shop only feature pieces that are the most popular among our customers.

HOW DOES YOUR "PICK YOUR SPARKLES" WORK FOR THE MONTHLY BOX?
We understand how frustrating blind surprises are, and that it's much more exciting to receive a box of jewelry you KNOW you'll love. Therefore, we want to give you that feeling! Upon subscribing to our jewelry membership, you will receive a newsletter of the current month collection where you can pick your favorite pieces you want to see in your box. Although it is not guaranteed you will receive all your favorite pieces, we will always do our best to make your wishes come true. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship internationally on individual pieces. Only "The Monthly Box" ships within the United States.

AM I ALLOWED TO SKIP MONTHS FOR MY TIPPY TASTE BOX?
Yes! Tippy Taste Jewelry is a self-curated monthly box featuring exquisite chic jewelry hand-selected by our Design team every month. We now offer the option to skip a month once you sign up to Tippy Taste Jewelry. Simply log into your account and skip any month manually.

I JUST PURCHASED THE TIPPY TASTE SUBSCRIPTION! WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?
Every month, you’ll receive a box filled with 3 brand new hand-selected chic jewelry pieces for just $36/month OR 2 chic pieces for $28/month. Our stylists curate every months collection, and you pick your pieces from there. So you know what you'll be expecting every month. No more blind surprises!

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
No, all you pay is your $28 or $36 subscription fee every month. There are no shipping or handling fees for the monthly Tippy Taste box.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FIRST SHIPMENT?
Due to the time of putting together a meaningful experience, you should be expecting your box to be shipped out on the 25th day of your monthly subscription cycle. We ship via USPS so you can easily track your order with the confirmation number provided to you. 

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
Your monthly subscription to Tippy Taste begins with the purchase of your first box. After your first purchase, your Tippy Taste subscription will be charged to your credit card on the first day of every month. You can update your billing information in your account settings or email us at mail@tippytaste.com

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Monthly members can cancel their Tippy Taste subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, just email us at mail@tippytaste.com.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can update your shipping information in your account settings or please email us at mail@tippytaste.com and we will handle it from there. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges of any Tippy Taste Monthly Box contents.
