MEET THE DESIGNER
Tippy Hung is the designer and creative heart behind Tippy Taste Jewelry. Born in Taiwan and raised across Singapore, China, and Paris, Tippy’s multicultural upbringing gave her a unique eye for beauty—one shaped by contrast, movement, and memory. Now based in New York City, her work reflects a lifetime of travel, emotion, and quiet wonder.
Tippy studied at two of New York’s most prestigious design schools—Parsons and the Fashion Institute of Technology—before designing for world-renowned brands such as Swarovski, and interning for iconic fashion jewelry houses like Miriam Haskell and Lulu Frost. But it was during her college years that her passion for jewelry became personal. She launched Tippy Taste Jewelry in 2016, originally as a subscription service, with the dream of creating pieces that felt soulful, delicate, and enduring.
In 2017, her vision expanded into fine jewelry—an intimate collection of handcrafted designs rooted in romance, storytelling, and the timelessness of heirlooms. Described as feminine, dainty, and touched with vintage glam, her work has since been featured in Elle UK, Harper’s Bazaar UK, and Huffington Post. For Tippy, jewelry isn’t just something to wear—it’s something to feel. A memory. A mood. A quiet kind of magic that stays with you.

We work with precious metals and natural gemstones, carefully chosen for their beauty, durability, and timeless elegance. Our fine jewelry is crafted in your choice of 14K or 18K solid gold, designed to be worn every day and treasured forever. Each piece is made to last, but like all meaningful things, it deserves a little care.
